Actually, your skin only needs a thorough washing about 3 x a week besides any arm pits and vaginal areas.But, if you must bathe daily, (and everyone respect others around you) after that always, ALWAYS, use an important moisturizer afterward.It's far better apply it before you dry off after which you can pat dry.
Ofcourse, refrain from hot water.Luke warm is a good temperature for bathing.

Insect bites or dry skin leads to minor itching, even nervousness can.Instead of scratching your skin which can rip and also tear, keep a compact tube of hydrocortizone invaluable.Apply it as much as you possibly can until the itching finishes.If the itch continues or a rash develops call a family doctor.
